Join us at FORM for an immersive 20-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training led by Ro Nwosu
This training blends strength + skill + play with smart, safety-first teaching so you can confidently guide students or yourself through aerial poses, transitions, and full class journeys.
You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend. If you love aerial and want to learn the method, this is for you.
All trainees will receive 5 class packs to use at FORM or required to take 5 aerial yoga classes at another space for their own practice.
Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits are provided.

Investment: $500 + HST

What You’ll Learn
By the end of this training, you’ll be learn to teach an aerial yin and aerial flow class that feel intentional, safe, and FUN.
You’ll be trained in:
How to teach full, balanced aerial yoga classes (with clear structure + flow)
Floor-to-fly transitions (so the class feels seamless, not chaotic)
Safe entries + exits for aerial postures
Spotting + assisting students of different bodies and abilities
Inversions + tricks (with progressions and safety standards)
Creative sequencing workshop (build a class that actually makes sense)
Aerial Yin (deep release + supported shapes)
Safe rigging basics for Single Point and Double Point + studio safety protocols (what to check, what to avoid, how to teach responsibly)

Ro Nwosu is a movement educator, studio owner, and community builder known for teaching practices that are strong, joyful, and provide space for those to delve into their feelings. Ro brings years of experience in yoga, Pilates, barre, aerial, and strength-based movement paired with a teaching style that’s clear, grounded, and refreshingly real.
Ro’s approach to training centers safety, accessibility, and confidence. You won’t just learn what to teach,you’ll learn how to teach, why certain choices matter, and how to support different bodies in the room without losing the magic of the practice. Expect thoughtful progressions, practical cueing, and an emphasis on building trust between teacher, student, and apparatus.
Above all, Ro believes movement education should feel empowering, not intimidating. This training is guided with care, humor, and supportive standards so you leave feeling capable, informed, and excited to teach (or deepen your own practice) in aerial spaces that truly support people or for your own practice to expand.
